In Kotkala, you can enjoy the magnificent, rugged scenery from the top of a high cliff. A path descends from the top of the cliff to a private beach, where there is a separate beach sauna (used during the thaw).
The villa has all the amenities. It was built in 1988, but in 2001, right next to the villa, a few steps away, facilities for an indoor toilet, shower and the villa's second sauna were built. Both saunas are wood-heated.
The two-story villa has a cozy and spacious living room downstairs with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa group and a television. There is also a separate, well-equipped kitchen downstairs. The villa has two separate bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The main bedroom has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed.
We can arrange internet access for the villa free of charge.
The villa is not recommended for families with small children due to its rocky location. If you also want to enjoy the sauna on the beach, then good health condition is an advantage.
The villa is located on the shore of Lake Saimaa in its own peace. There are good berry and mushroom picking areas around. In the summer you can enjoy delicious local food in a restaurant just over two kilometers away.
If you wish, we can arrange Wi-Fi, a high chair and a children's travel cot for the villa free of charge.
